Tom Garrigan is Executive Director at BSRIA, with over 17 years' experience in building performance, compliance and decarbonisation. He leads delivery of testing, technical consultancy and instrumentation services across a nationwide network of engineers and advanced laboratories. A passionate advocate for practical, whole-building approaches to retrofit, Tom recently oversaw the transformation of BSRIA's own head office into a living laboratory, demonstrating cost-effective decarbonisation in action. He specialises in translating complex technical insight into clear, actionable outcomes, making him ideally placed to chair this conversation on the future of retrofit.
