Nick has worked across both the public and private sectors through his 20+year career to date in the housing, development and regeneration sector. He is currently Development Director at Lendlease, a global real estate and urban regeneration business headquartered in Sydney Australia which is listed on the ASX. Nick has leadership roles on Lendlease’s Elephant Park project, a major urban regeneration scheme in London’s Elephant & Castle, which is nearing completion having delivered nearly 3,000 new homes, a library, retail and park. He is also heavily involved in the delivery of High Road West, a major estate regeneration in Tottenham, North London. Nick has previously worked for Places for People and Sovereign Network Group in director roles. Prior to that he has worked for Croydon Council and Rider Levett Bucknall. He is a non-executive director of Phoenix Community Housing, a housing association based in south-east London with circa 7,000 homes and is also a member of the CIOB and the RICS. In addition, he is Treasurer of the PTA at his children’s local primary school.
